We’re very pleased to welcome Ms. Josephine Skiff, M.S., who joins the NCAT staff today as Assistant Director. Jo comes to us with over fifteen years of experience as an instructional technologist in K-12, and is ready to put the resources of the NCAT to work in St. Lawrence classes.
